Management is pleased to announce that after many hours of behind the scenes work, the New Business Management Systems (BMS) is now live.
With system operating software sourced from TKO, Killarnee has a purpose-built program to suit the business. With managements review of our documented systems now complete, the final step toward ISO accreditation is to amalgamate the information from our existing operating systems. The switch to a “Live” system is a significant step forward for the company. With the use of member login, all Killarnee staff will have access to the most up to date information at the touch of a finger.

The BMS has three major components:
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANUAL
The BMS Manual is a HTML Manual which accommodates all company and client based procedures and forms using the TKO operating System. The major benefit of using the manual is that the development and review process is controlled, preventing the use of superseded information and data.
CENTRALISED RECORDS AND DATA MANAGEMENT
All electronic records and data are located at the Killarnee Perth facility, which ensures Electronic Protection measures are made simple. Once saved, all records and data are made available to all staff quickly and efficiently. With the addition of Quality Document Management Systems (QDMS) less strain is placed upon communication networks as clients need only send transmittals to the company Document Controller via DC@killarnee.com . This enables the company to manage records more efficiently as well as ensuring that each transmittal arrives at the correct destination.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)
The Contract Management Systems are edited versions of the Business Management Systems that have been amended to suit our clients’ specific requirements. Developed during contract negotiations, the CMS ensures that all client reporting and procedural requirements are being delivered. Clients can review Killarnee systems and approve them for use as is or request modifications to suit project accountabilities and deliverables. Once the CMS is agreed upon, it is simply rolled out.
