Killarnée Civil & Concrete Contractors has been in business for 12 years and had built up extensive experience working on major projects throughout Western Australia. We have developed specifically designed systems to deliver concrete construction services:

with little or no industrial conflict, and
that mobilise quickly when the need arises.

We have an enviable track record of delivering our services on-site on or ahead of schedule. It’s testimony to the fact that we do not allow unnecessary delays to hinder our performance.

STRUCTURE

Due to our size and structure, Killarnée Civil & Concrete Contractors is able to avoid what we call mushroom management. We keep no-one in the dark. Our commitment to communicating effectively with both our clients and our staff members means that all who need-to-know at any time do know. This is particularly important on-site.

OUR PEOPLE

Often a cause for delays on projects is the need to involve off-site people with on-site issues. Wherever possible, therefore, we remain committed to maintaining our best people and resources at our sites where they’re most needed. The company has an ongoing history of trusting supervision and management people to make good decisions expeditiously and on-the-spot. As outlined (above) our company structure (and in-house training) has enabled our management to be able to make those decisions in line with both company and client requirements whilst also providing the off-site support which ensures that the job gets done.

OUR SCOPE

Our scope of work is restricted to doing only those things we do well. It’s a sound strategy, as it assures both our current and future clients that we only accept projects we know that we can complete competitively and effectively. We operate, therefore, always from a position of strength.
